I am a life-loving chiropractor who passionately believes that we were all meant to live a whole life of laughter, love, play, and enjoyment. I live and move with purpose.
I am a mother of two beautiful, busy boys, a wife to a fantastically accepting husband, and alpha dog to a little terrier named Piper.
I love all manner of sport, and have dabbled in most. I figure skated as a youth, played rep basketball, have completed a half Ironman triathlon, and enjoy a good weightlifting or Pilates session. When I can find snow, find me snowboarding or snowshoeing. In summer, you’ll find me mountain biking with my adventurous family or paddleboarding on the lake.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics (Movement Science) from the University of Windsor and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I am certified in Acupuncture, Active Release Therapy (ART), FMS, SFMA, Kinesiotaping, and the Webster technique.
I enjoy integrating the psychological aspects of function into my practice and take the time to fully understand how your body, life, work, stress, family, and sport all influence how you function.
I love to read, and I can’t stop learning or eating delicious food. I find this thing called life endlessly fascinating. Join me, won’t you?
